  • Is your gym 24hrs?
    YES! All of our members can enter the gym 24/7 using their access key. Our front desk is NOT staffed 24/7 though. Our current front desk hours are: MON-WED 7:30AM-7PM THURSDAY 7:30AM-5PM FRIDAY 7:30AM-1PM SATURDAY 8AM-1PM SUNDAY CLOSED
  • Can someone show me how to use equipment?
    We have many trainers who are available for one-on-one sessions (via appointment) to guide you in the use of equipment and personal training. For Silver & Fit, Silver Sneakers, and Optum Renew Active members, we offer a 45 minute orientation session via appointment.
  • Is there parking on site?
    Yes! Our parking lot is located at the front entrance, on NE Alberta and Garfield St. There is also generally free street parking available.
  • Do you offer personal training?
    YES! We have many personal trainers here at Me Fitness with a wide variety of specialties! They're all independent contractors, so individual session rates vary. Personal training sessions are not included in membership rates. Click here to view a list of all our trainers:
  • Tell me about Good Health Physical Therapy?
    Good Health Physical Therapy works out of the second level of our facility and offers holistic, personalized treatment. You can read more about them by clicking the link below.
  • Does Me Fitness have showers and lockers?
    Yes, we have two locker rooms with showers in the facility. Please bring your own lock if you need to lock your things, and your own towel if you use the showers.
  • Does Me Fitness have free Wifi?
    Yes! We have free Wi-Fi for all of our members.
  • Can I see a description of the classes you offer?
    Of course! We have a list describing all of our classes right here!
  • Are your classes open to all fitness levels? / How challenging are the classes if I’m new to working out?
    We have a wide range of classes for all levels/movement interests. Please view the class descriptions on our website to learn more about each class, or connect with us at the front desk and we can guide you to which class would be best fit for your needs.
  • How do I sign up for classes?
    You can sign up for classes on our website. If you are a member, we recommend downloading our app for the most user-friendly experience. You can click the link below to scan the QR code for iPhone or Andriod to download our app.
  • What is your cancellation policy for classes?
    ME Fitness Studios has a generous 4 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 4 hours before class or do not show up for a class you have registered for, you will be charged a $10 late-cancel fee or have a reduction of one class from you class pack. Our classes are 14 people (aka "small group").
  • How do I cancel a class?
    You can cancel your class through our app (Me Fit Studios), or you can give us a call at the front desk at 503.282.7900. Please note, we have a 4 hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled within the 4 hour time frame from the start of class will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.
  • How does the class waitlist work?
    If a class is full, you can add yourself to the wait list. If another member cancels the class, an email/text will automatically go to the first person on the wait list and will notify them that they are now booked into class. The "wait list window" closes 60 minutes prior to class, meaning that if you haven't gotten an email/text by 3 p.m. for a 4 p.m. class, better luck next time! *If you're in spot 1-3 on the wait list for a 6 a.m. class and you don't want to check your phone in the middle of the night to see if you made it in, please remove your name from the wait list the night before;)*
  • How large are the classes?
    All ME Fitness Studios classes are "small group" aka 14 people max and led by an experienced trainer or expert Pilates/yoga instructor. This gives everyone plenty of space, equipment and individual attention.
  • Can I come late to class?
    We ask that all students arrive early/on time to get a proper warm up and respect everyone's time. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed a spot in class.
  • Can I "drop in" to classes or attend classes without a membership?
    YES! You can drop in for a single class or purchase a 5 or 10 class package. This is a great option if you're only interested in taking classes (v. using the gym for other workouts).
  • Do you offer trial passes?
    Absolutely! ME Fitness offers a free 3-day trial, which includes access to the gym *during front desk hours* and unlimited classes. The 3 day free trial is for 3 consecutive days, so it's recommended to use during the week if possible (v. Sat-Monday, when we have shorter business hours/less classes to check out).   • What are the different gym membership options available at ME Fitness Studios?
    ME Fitness Studios offers a Gym Only membership (24 access to the facility and equipment) as well as our Unlimited Membership (unlimited access to all our classes). Both memberships give you 24 hour entry to the gym facilities. Our Unlimited Membership includes Unlimited classes in addition to 24 hour gym access.
  • What is the cancellation policy at ME Fitness Studios?
    ME Fitness Studios requires a 2 week notice for membership cancellations. Your cancellation will follow your billing cycle. You may stop by the front desk or email admin@mefitstudios.com.
  • Can I sign up for membership online or does it need to be in person?
    You must be in person to sign up for a membership in order to set up payment and get a key fob to access the facility. Plus we want to meet you!
  • Do you have special pricing for military/healthcare/teachers/etc.?
    Yes! For military and healthcare workers, we offer a discount at $54/month for Gym Only and $125/month for our Unlimited membership - no enrollment fee. For teachers, we offer a discount at $54/month for Gym Only (one-time enrollment fee applies).
  • What insurance or Medicare programs do you partner with?
    We currently work with Silver + Fit, Active + Fit, Silver Sneakers and Optum Renew Active. Reach out to your insurance provider to see if you're eligible. If you're planning on using one of these programs to sign up, please bring your fitness ID number in with you upon sign up.
  • Are guest passes included with membership?
    Our Unlimited members receive 3 guest passes (applicable for new guests only) per month. All other guest passes are $10/day each. To set up a guest pass, please stop by the front desk during our desk hours as new guests will need to sign our waiver.
  • Can I purchase a day pass if I am in the area on vacation? What is the cost?
    Yes! Our day pass is $17. Make sure you come in during front desk hours so that they can show you around the facility! Here for longer? We offer a one week visitor pass for $50.
  • What payment methods does Me Fitness accept? Will I get charged on a month by month basis?
    We process membership payments through Direct Debit! Our front desk will help you get your account connected when you sign up for membership. Your billing cycle will fall on the same date of the month of your initial sign up.
  • Can I pause my membership temporarily without canceling?
    Yes, members at ME Fitness Studios have the option to temporarily pause their memberships up to 4 months without canceling. Please contact our front desk staff for assistance with pausing your membership.
  • How do your guest passes work?
    You are always welcome to bring in a guest during our front desk hours. It is $10 for a guest to use the gym with you. And $15 to join you in class! (Unlimited members can bring a first time guest for free as long as they have never been to ME Fitness before. This feature is available via the app)
  • Do you offer couple/family memberships?
    Memberships are individual. However, if there is a minor in your family looking to get a membership, please reach out to us directly to discuss rates and options.
  • Do you have contracts?
    NO CONTRACT! We offer our members month to month memberships where they leave a payment on file for each monthly billing cycle. When someone needs to end their membership, we only require 2 weeks notice before the next billing so we have time to properly end the membership.
