Booty Luv® Fitness music and moves plus weights, bands and bells for added muscle building/metabolism boosting FUN!
CARDIO CONDITIONING
Low to moderate intensity exercises are alternated with high-intensity cardio exercises, generally without equipment.
CORE FUN-CTIONALITY
This FUN, high energy class focuses on training your core in 3 dimensions and is accessible for all levels.
hIIT
Low to moderate intensity exercises are alternated with high-intensity exercises, with or without equipment. Led by expert trainers, HIIT increases both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.
Mobility for performance
Learn how to gain strength, connection, and control of your muscles and joints. Get more out of your traditional strength training, improved skill in your sport, and a reduced injury risk!
Step & slide
A high energy combo of step aerobics, gliding discs and resistance bands, set to great tunes.

Use a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, and medicine balls for a balanced, fun, full body workout!
Strength intervals
Build strength, endurance and power using dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, sandbags, TRX and more! Learn the proper form to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, stability and bone density. Get ready to sweat!
Straight up Strength
Build muscle, endurance and develop proper form with dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, medicine balls and more!
super circuit
Gain strength and flexibility with Kettlebells, dumb bells, body weight moves, medicine balls, and more! Emphasizes explosive strength, endurance and stamina.
BREATHE & FLOW CLASSES
barre fitness
Barre Fitness begins with a full body warm up, followed by arm and leg conditioning using a variety of light weights, gliding discs and bands. We'll then transition into fun, simple full body choreography. The class concludes with a mat based strength and stretch series intended to develop flexibility and core strength.
BOOTY LUV® FITNESS
Combines functional training, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, and "booty breakdownsTM". Get your heart pumping and booty bumping while being gentle on the joints!
GENTLE Circuit & STRETCH
Ideal for older adults or people new to a gym.
Full-Body strength, cardio and balance exercises for all levels! Students may utilize dumbbells, resistance bands, kettle bells, or their own body weight to increase strength, and break a sweat!
GENTLE TRX & STRETCH
Ideal for older adults or people new to a gym.
Use TRX to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. The second half of the class is based on the Science of Stretching™ methodology to free your hips, shoulders, and hamstrings.
PILATES MAT
Combining the principles of Pilates with functional strength training exercises, this class will increase core strength, flexibility, balance and ease back pain.

Longer levers, quicker transitions, and more instability within poses. We still maintain the Pilates principles of alignment, breath, control, concentration, and precision. All of this creates an opportunity for even more core engagement and coordination.
Vinyasa yoga
Flow through an inspired, rigorous series of warrior and balancing postures, synchronizing breath and movement.
yin yoga
Focuses on the gentler aspects of stretching. Uses breath work and props to begin to release the connective tissue, allowing for greater opening in the areas of the body that traditionally hold tension. This class is geared towards individuals of all ages and levels of flexibility.
